Top left: Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue-

I really like this scent, it's definitely a scent for the young adults or older. but i don't think this scent is for the really young ppl. It's a mature scent that has a hint of sweetness. This perfume has granny smith apple, sicilian cedar, bluebells, jasmine, white rose, bamboo, cedarwood, amber, and musks.

Top middle: Le'a Saffron James-

This scent is a little lighter and not as strong as the dolce and gabanna perfume. This scent has pink and white plumeria, pineapple leaf, passion flower, and hibiscus. I haven't really worn this scent yet so I can't really review it yet. However I'm thinking i'll like it because it has plumeria and hibiscus in it.

Top right: BCBGMAXAZRIA-

This scent is a bit stronger than the le'a perfume but not as strong as the dolce and gabanna perfume. This fragrance has strawberry, cherry, jasmine, rose, lilly of the valley, violet, musk, sandalwood, and orris root. The sample bottle is a spray bottle, instead of the applicator form so that's always nice =]

Bottom middle: Flower by Kenzo-

As you can see this samples comes in a little packet so I cant really tell what it smells like until I open it up. So this sample is probably gonna be a one time use kind of thing. This perfume has rose, violet, vanilla, and white musk. This sample size is a little small but you know what they say..best things come in small packages.

favorite deals of 2011

I loved the bath and body works sales this year. This store is actually quite cheap without their big sales..but some of my favorite sales where their buy 3 get 2 free, their buy 3 get 3, also using coupons can also bring the price lower as well. They always have some sort of sale, especially during the holidays. I bought a lot of Christmas gifts for reasonable prices because of all their sales! Some of my favorite items are definitely their lotions and hand sanitizers. I personally really like the Sweet Pea and Carried Away scents.

This coupon book is amazing =] I've never come across these types of books before so I got really excited when I first found out about them. It was originally $35 but I paid $25 because I had a $10 off coupon. Buying a coupon book WITH a coupon, ya i would do something like that huh hahah. They have them for various states so they have both local coupons, pertaining to your town and also other coupons for well known stores, such as Dairy Queen, KFC, etc. This book has coupons for just about everything, from food, to clothing stores, to fun adventures ex horseback rides.

I got this gift set deal at Kmart during Thanksgiving weekend. These three items are valued at $80 but were on sale for $30. I was pleasantly surprised because I had no idea that high-end perfumes ever went on sale like this. These are great as gifts for any occasion. Whenever I buy a gift set I usually take it apart and give certain things away as gifts for other people. The above picture is of the mariah carey fragrance, luscious pink. Kmart also had other celebrity gift scents on sale as well. They had the kim kardashian scent, halle berry, paris hilton, and moreee.

This deal is from victoria's secret that I got on thanksgiving day. The gift set originally came with a makeup kit too but I gave that away as a gift =] The makeup bag pictured is ohh soo shiny! The fragrance is the bombshell body mist which is 4.2 fl oz. The comparable value of the three items was $90. The retail price went down to $40 and went even lower to $25. The scent is very nice and floral like. Another deal that they had going on was that their perfumes were also on sale for cheap as well. [but I didn't buy any perfumes that day just the body mist]

happy new years 2012!

Hope everyone had a wonderful new years =] My 2011 years was completely blessed beyond belief! I pray that my 2012 will be just as blessed =] I've been debating what new years resolutions I wanna focus on this year cause if I make too many I might forget them heheh. So this is what I came up with:

1) work on removing the seven deadly sins from my life- this is gonna have to be a daily battle cause falling into them is quite easy. so gonna work on removing lust, envy, greed, gluttony, sloth, wrath, and pride from my life.

2) getting rid of my bad habits- staying up late for no reason, sleeping with my contacts on etc. if i keep these things up it'll become a norm and i don't want that

3) STOP being my own worst enemy- i'm only holding myself back when i do this..idk why i'm afraid of the outcome of things way before i even give something a try

4) continue my journey to grow closer to god- knowing him more has made my life that much better. i'm learning to look on the brighter side of things and want to continue with that. I really want to stick to my faith and values cause god has given me so much! I owe it to him to remain his faithful servant and child. Without him I know I really would be so lost. <3 love god!

thanksgiving

So i had a fun thanksgiving and thanksgiving weekend! hope everyone else did too =] didn't actually eat turkey but my aunty made some pork with her crockpot and it was so ono. I didn't go out on black friday or buy anything on cyber monday. but i did purchase something from victoria's secret on thanksgiving =] i got a makeup bag, an eyeshadow kit, and a 4.2 oz body spray all for 25 bucks! such a great deal right?? last tyme i went out on black friday i really didn't see any out of the ordinary sales, so this was such a treat to find. they also had legit medium sized perfume for 25 bucks as well, but i just got the other thing. i thank god whenever i find great deals like these, cause they're honestly hard to come by..but yayy whooo

bday

so my birthday was pretty grrreeaatt =] i went to hotpot with some friends and definitely left full..but still had some room for dessert. so we also went to cheesecake factory. thank god there was no waiting list =] the waiters sang happy birthday to me..it was cute =] i had the hersheys cheesecake..so chocolately heheh. at hotpot we had the seafood and miso soups. i only ate the seafood one though cause it's ono. we put a lot of stuff in it this time..beef, salmon, mushrooms, spinach, and i think bean sprouts. oh ya and my heart's a stereo =]

chodang

So i went to this place called chodang and it was pretty yummy. it's a little korean place by the mall..they have all day specials which were super cheap. my friend had the meat jun and i had the mixed rice with vegetables. our total came to like ten dollar something. this place gives a lot for your buck so i was pleasantly surprised =]

love profile test

so i just took a self evaluation love test for class..and i'm kinda surprised with my score heheh. well there are basically six different types of love [s.a.m.p.l.e.] the s= storge. the a= agape. the m= mania. the p= pragma. the l= ludos. the e=eros. they each have their own meanings and lets just say i wasn't expecting the score that i got. lamo oh well. guess it was an interesting test but then again, i don't think love is black and white, so i don't think a written test can examine all the ins and outs of love ya know?
